This wine adventure includes a dinner recipe that calls for dry white wine. The Traveling Vineyard’s 2016 Steeple Street Chardonnay from California works perfectly. The food menu consists of Portabella Mushrooms sauteed in butter, olive oil, fresh garlic, onions, fresh parsley, thyme, and a touch of dry white wine. Shrimp is sauteed in butter, honey, lemon, soy sauce, fresh garlic, and fresh parsley. Steaks were grilled using Mesquite seasoning. The chosen side dish is fresh green beans cooked with butter, salt, pepper and fresh garlic. Cheers!
